September is Suicide Prevention Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness, promoting hope, and supporting those affected by suicide. Suicide Prevention Week (September 7-13) is a focused opportunity to come together as a community to educate, connect, and take action.
Join Project Tomorrow Montana throughout the week for a series of events and activities designed to inform, inspire connection, and offer hope. All events are free and open to the community.
If you or someone you know is struggling, you are not alone—and help is always available. You can call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, to connect with trained crisis counselors anytime. It’s free, confidential, and available 24/7.
