Missoula Public Health Hosts Vaccination Clinics Ahead of Flu Season
Missoula Public Health (MPH) is offering multiple vaccine clinics at locations around the county from Sept. 21 through Oct. 27. These clinics are on a first-come, first-served basis and give people the opportunity to get vaccinated ahead of flu season. COVID-19 vaccines will be offered when they become available later in the coming weeks.
MPH will host the following clinics:
Thursday, Sept. 21, 3 to 6 p.m., Frenchtown Fire Station
Friday, Sept. 22, 3 to 6 p.m. Bonner Elementary School
Thursday Sept. 28, 3 to 6 p.m., Seeley High School

“We encourage everyone six months and older to get an annual flu vaccine,” said Sara Heineman, director of Health Services at MPH. “This, along with hand washing and staying home when sick, will go a long way to stay healthy this season.”
Attendees should bring a photo ID and a copy of their insurance card. For those without insurance, the Caring Foundation of Montana is partnering with MPH with their Care Van Program to administer vaccines at no or low cost. If those without insurance attend a clinic where the Care Van Program is not present, they can pay using a sliding fee scale.
The main Immunization Clinic at Missoula Public Health will remain open during these clinics. The Care Van Program is funded through multiple resources, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana. The Care Van will be present for all vaccination clinics except for those on Sept. 29 and Oct. 27.

\r\n\tWP Go Maps uses jQuery DataTables to display sortable, searchable tables, such as that seen in the Advanced Marker Listing and on the Map Edit Page. jQuery DataTables in certain circumstances uses a cookie to save and later recall the \"state\" of a given table - that is, the search term, sort column and order and current page. This data is held in local storage and retained until this is cleared manually. No libraries used by WP Go Maps transmit this information.\r\n<\/p>\r\n
