Cost & Payment

As a local Health Department immunization clinic, we participate in the federal Vaccine for Children and Vaccine for Adults programs. This allows us to provide most routine vaccines at no cost to eligible* clients (*ex. uninsured) while using a sliding fee scale to determine a reduced cost vaccine administration fee.

We are able to bill most insurances for routine immunizations. Call your insurance provider in advance to make sure they cover vaccines provided at Missoula City County Health Department. We are currently unable to bill United Healthcare, Tri-Care, and some Medicare Advantage Plans.

Ask about a payment plan for any services that are not covered by insurance or that don’t qualify for the Vaccine for Children program, or Vaccine for Adults program.
