Cancer screening is an important part of cancer prevention. The Montana Cancer Screening Program can pay for breast and cervical screenings for people who qualify based on age, income, and insurance status. The program can also help pay for diagnostic testing for the follow-up of abnormal screening tests. Individuals with insurance may qualify! See eligibility information below.

Program Eligibility
Check out the following guidelines to see if you qualify:
- Breast Cancer Screening: 40-64
- Cervical Cancer Screening: 21-64
You can qualify if:
- You have no insurance
- You only have coverage through IHS/Tribal Health
- You have insurance with a deductible of $200 or more
Your gross (before taxes) household income must be at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Please refer to the chart below to determine if you qualify.

- 3 People-$68,300
- 4 People-$82,500
- 5 People-$96,700
- 6 People-$110,900
- 7 People-$125,100
- 8 People-$139,300
For families/households with more than 8 persons, add $14,200 (yearly) for each additional person. See current income guidelines.
